How does one post a question here? There’s no +Add Topic button that I can see? All I’ve found is this reply box. Is that what all the posts are, replies to this message? Thanks!

You can go to the homepage and click the button New Topic to post on the community.

Thank you @huyleminh! That button was not available to me yesterday. I guess the user registration subsystem needed some time to recognize me as a user. Anyway, it’s there now, and thank you!
