Hi @Arnel_Forbes,

Thank you for your feedback. Actually, we’ve already had a plan to fix this. The patch will be released soon !

ok thanks you so much

I am facing this issue right now. Have faced it twice already within 2 weeks. Is there any issue again? Please help

Hi @Nirmit_Srivastava,

Thank you for letting us know. Can you inbox or email us at dbdiagram@holistics.io the links to the diagrams you are having trouble with, using the email address that is associated with your account, so that we can look into this for you?

I’m having this same problem. That starts when you inserted the options to save diagram views. Only in the Pro Plan I can do this now or it is just a bug?

Hi, there. I’m having the same issue. I am in the free tier version. In order to avoid losing the positioning, I’m having to share the diagram, open the browser in incognito mode, open the diagram, click the “Edit as New” option so that the positioning is loaded, sign in, finally delete the old version and rename the copy. If I just open the diagram while already signed in, it applies one of the autoarrange options automatically and the positioning is lost.

Hi @liliumcruentus,

Thank you for reporting the issue.

Could you clarify whether this issue is related to the “Edit as New” feature or the loss of diagram positions when opening a diagram after logging in?

Please also provide reproducible steps and records related to the issue so we can investigate the issue better.

You may inbox or email us at dbdiagram@holistics.io instead of replying to this thread if you would like to.

Hi, Nguyen, thanks for the prompt reply. The issue is related to the loss of diagram positions when opening a diagram after logging in, not the “Edit as New” feature (this one I have been using to avoid losing the positioning). To reproduce it on your end, follow these steps:

  1. Log in;
  2. Create a diagram;
  3. Arrange the tables;
  4. Allow the platform time to save it;
  5. Close the browser;
  6. Open the platform again;
  7. The arrangement is lost;

best regards

@liliumcruentus Thanks for the details. We have successfully reproduced the issue on our end. We’re working on it and will let you know when it is fixed.
