The upgrade now button isn’t working. The popup pops up to start loading then closes… Tried on two different browsers.
Hi Avi, I’ve responded to you via email but going to respond again here in case others see it.
This is a bug on our side. When we implemented billing, we didn’t handle cases where users cancelled and resubscribing again.
We’ll be working on a fix for this. But meanwhile please reach out to us and we can help with the reactivation.
