Is there a way to incorporate DBdiagrams into a confluence document? I would like to use the ERD for documentation and have the documentation update when I update my ERD.

Hey Peter - you can embed in an iFrame currently. If you go to the share menu, you can get the embed link to do so. It’s how our team currently incorporate ERDs into Confluence.
But I would like to see something more akin to Draw.io where dbdiagram is an app available with Confluence, rather than as an embedded iFrame.

Yes, the idea would be to have a dbdiagram macro just like draw_io or mermaid macros.
This way can include data model designs directly within Confluence pages and then render the design.
