The following error is thrown while running
dbdocs build filename.dbml
node package dbdocs has been installed globally prior to running this command.

It seems that you haven’t logged in to dbdocs. In order to generate a dbdocs view, please login by the command dbdocs login.
A GitHub authentication page will appear in your browser. Please get the token from there.
Copy & paste the token into the terminal then you’ll be all set!

When running $ dbdocs login No github login page appearing into the browser.
dbdocs login
? Please input your authentication token:
How can we get the token?
Updates: It was not working on remote server. However, in my local machine it is showing login screen and I am able generate the token.
