Export fails- "Couldn't be downloaded"

All of the export options are failing. I get a box with a <diagram_name> couldn’t be downloaded message at the bottom of the window.

I am a new user and thought maybe there was something wrong with my diagram- but the same thing happens with the sample diagram.

Any idea what is happening? Thanks.

Hi @Cagla_Baykan_Hirschm,

I’m Duy from dbdiagram team.

I’ve checked and export is still working on our side. Could you help tell us which browser you’re using, your browser’s current version and the message from the browser’s console log?

Thank you for your reply!

Following your message, I switched to Google Chrome and had no problem downloading.

Previously, I was using Edge 44 on Windows 10. In case it helps us figure out the problem, here is the console log (with links removed, as I can’t post more than 2 as a new user…)
