Firstly I’d like to thank you for this comfortable and good-looking tool 
My question is if there is some possibility for splitting groups of schemas relationships? I’ll try to make it clear: for now we have 30+ schemas with about 500 tables. Setting refs for all of them looks heavy and confusing on page with Table Relationships. It will be more like confused web and it won’t be any visually.
I thought that maybe I should split different schemas on different projects, but in that case I suppose I will not be able to set refs between tables in different schemas.
