How to get account support?

I am a pro user and my corp email changed (gmail) so I can no longer log in. How to get this fixed so I can access the paid service?

Hi John,

Since we haven’t supported changing the account’s email address yet, we can help you by canceling the subscription from your account & refunding the latest issued credit.
Then, you can subscribe to Pro with the new account (dbdiagram will create a new account since you log in with an unknown email address).

For your old data, we can transfer them from the old account to the new one.
If you need to transfer your data, we’ll note the request & will begin the transfer process in the next several days.
