Constraints are a very important part of any attribute. This helps us avoid inserting unnecessary values into the column and in the ER Diagram, it is shown well for Primary key, foreign key, Unique, and not null. But the other two are showing as a note. Please see if the remaining two can also display as icons next to the column name. filter/funnel icon can be easily used for check, and the normal 80% round arrow (reload) can be used for default.
