We want to share diagrams to dozens of developers in our company, so we are finding group sharing option like “share to everyone @mycompany.com”, instead of adding each account to sharing list. (yeah, similar to google docs feature)
For security reason, we prefer login-based sharing to public sharing (even document password may not enough). But managing account list up-to-date is a bit burden to our DBA.
Please let me know if there are similar features or workarounds already.
You’re right. The current design of sharing features was suited to individuals, not teams.
So we’re working on the “Team Workspace” for our next major release. The feature will help teams better manage resources (diagrams, members, etc.). We think your problem will be solved by the shared workspace of the team.
Moreover, these features will come along with a proper pricing plan for team use cases too.
