Would be very usefull a filter to select to show and/or hide tables. as good as coloring and grouping tables
Hi there,
Thank you for your suggestion on filtering/hiding the tables. It would be an excellent addition to our features. We’ll think about it in the future.
We currently have functionality for coloring and grouping tables. They are available in our pro plan. To gain access to these features, consider one of our pro plans: dbdiagram.io - Database Relationship Diagrams Design Tool

I want to second this and mention it’s actually a dealbreaker from my company purchasing this right now. Our data model contains hundreds of tables and thousands of columns - the ERD view simply crashes if we include everything. Even if I filter it down to a specific mart the view becomes so messy it’s not very useful unless I can filter down to a subset of tables (ie a specific schema or table group)
It would be awesome a capability to show / hide tables by a (some) tag(s) and/or color(s).
with that, we can have an extra context layer to help us on large models.
Hi Edwillie,
We appreciate your suggestion. Would it be useful if we had a feature that allowed you to keep a view that just included a few chosen tables? At present, you can filter the tables and toggle the Table Search Panel using the Ctr/Cmd + F hotkey. We’re thinking about adding a feature that would allow users to save their filtered tables as well.
Best regards,
Huy Phung.
