Hi,
upon searching the Forum I have found a post that clarifies that DBDocs and DBDiagram are two separate applications and have their own plans and usage.
I am currently on DBDocs Pro plan and with the higher price and access to diagrams I would expect having the Pro features as well (like Notes, Table Header at least).
I really enjoy working with both of the tools and would love to having both of the tools more connected.
Edit: Upon further inspection after my bug with Access Denied was fixed I seem to have Diagrams Pro (Notes, Table Headers are permitted).
Indeed, dbdiagram and dbdocs still have separate pricing plans.
However, you’ll be able to use Pro features in dbdiagram when using the Edit (via dbdiagram.io) button on dbdocs if you have dbdocs Pro.
This is one of our further steps in combining dbdiagram & dbdocs together. For now, depending on your demand, you’ll only need one subscription instead of purchasing both dbdiagram & dbdocs:
Purchase dbdiagram when you only need to design ERDs.
Purchase dbdocs when you need both ERDs and web-based DB documentation.
